rishikesh produces special machine for cable shielding machine with wire knitting as its covering with 65% covering and 95% covering of computer cables and military grade cables.
this machine can knit cover at 3 meter per minute speed of cable sizes from 1mm dia to 20 mm diameter of cables. other sizes of cable shielding available on request.
the advantages of this cable shielding with wire knitting is its flexibility after shielding than braiding . as braided cables are stiff but wire knitting covering gives flexibility and no cracking of cables while bending . the covering can be done with monel/inconel/copper etc material.
